The School of Mines and Mineral Industries was organized in 1946, and included the divisions of earth sciences, mineral engineering, and mineral technology. It is now known as the College of Mines and Earth Sciences. This collection consists of a report which includes a history and an organization plan of the School of Mines and Mineral Industries, as well as a summary of research activities.
